The buyer agrees to take good care of the dog/puppy and provide it with a safe home and
humane environment. The Franchise Kennels guarantees your puppy to be healthy. You have
48 hours from the time you take possession of the puppy, to take the puppy to a licensed
veterinarian. If at this time any life threatening disease or illness is discovered, we will treat
the puppy at no charge to you (the new owner) or replace the puppy with another puppy of the
same quality at the seller’s discretion. Purchaser must provide all statements from the
veterinarian at this time, and is responsible for all shipping charges if the puppy needs to be
treated or replaced. All deposits/payments are non-refundable, but can be transferred to
another breeding at the seller’s discretion. The puppy must be paid in full by week 6, or the
contract is void and invalid, and all deposits/payments are forfeited. All puppies must be
picked up by 6 weeks of age unless shipping is required (puppy must be 8 weeks old to ship).
If the pup is still in my possession after 8TH week there will be a charge of 60.00 from that
day for another week stay, and from there on out 50.00 a week charged to the buyer until
shipped. We are willing to work with customers and make special arrangements if needed
and that both parties must agree upon in writing or verbally. All puppies will be current on
vaccinations.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Puppies will be shipped after they have been vaccinated, usually 6-8 weeks of age. Shipping
can be done year round (weather permitting). The purchaser is responsible for all shipping cost:
airline flight, crate, health cert. $250.00-$300.00
CARE AND NUTRITON
Feeding is a main factor and proper food is a big key to your puppy growing to its full potential.
Food products such as Blackgold, Diamond, Victor, Iams, Authority, Nutro, and Purina one have proper balances
of nutrition for American Bullies. Next is plenty of love and socialization. Introduce
your new puppy to cats and other dogs in your home to start an early bond. Also include a
daily exercise for your puppy and give him or her lots of room to run and build muscle. Not
spending a lot of time with your puppy or keeping him/her crated for too long can have
adverse effects on their growth and behavior. When choosing a vet., be sure to pick
one who cares about the dog in itself and not the particular breed. There are some vets
that are very prejudice against the breed. Go to someone who has cared for the breed in the
past if available.
